Payment can be made via

• Cheque (local issued cheque only)

• Paypal – Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard * American Express)

Cancellation and Reimbursement

• before 15 SEP 2018 – less $200 admin charges

• after 15 SEP 2018 – No Refund.

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Refunds, if any, will be processed within one month after the meeting.

Registration Fees for Main Meeting includes:

  • Access to scientific sessions at Main Meeting
  • Access to trade exhibition
  • Meeting materials (souvenir, programme book, certificate of attendance)
  • Admission to the Banquet
  • Breaks and lunches
